Our Projects
Kijani Kenya:
At the forefront of our initiatives is “Project Kijani Kenya,” a visionary environmental restoration effort dedicated to mangrove ecosystems. In collaboration with the Kenya Forest Service (KFS), we are on a mission to restore and preserve 23,000 acres of vital mangrove forests along Kenya’s coastline. This project goes beyond tree planting, encompassing habitat restoration, community empowerment, and environmental education. As we work to revitalize these critical ecosystems, we also focus on supporting local communities with sustainable livelihoods, improved education, and heightened environmental awareness. We are integrating community projects for orphans, widows, and persons with disabilities into Kijani Kenya, ensuring that our environmental work supports broader social goals. Our efforts extend to neighboring regions, with plans to expand our impact to other coastal areas in Africa, starting with Tanzania.
